Elizabeth (Ryan) Loflin, CPNP, is a compassionate and highly trained Certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner at our trusted pediatrics practice in Fort Mill, South Carolina. With a strong background in primary care pediatrics and a commitment to evidence-based medicine, Ryan is dedicated to supporting the health and development of children from infancy through adolescence.
Ryan earned a Master of Science in Nursing from the Vanderbilt University School of Nursing in Nashville, Tennessee, where she specialized as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner in Primary Care and graduated in August 2021. She also completed her Registered Nurse education at Vanderbilt School of Nursing, graduating in 2020, which provided a strong clinical foundation and seamless transition into advanced pediatric practice.
Prior to her nursing education, Ryan earned a Bachelor of Science in public health from Elon University in Elon, North Carolina, with a minor in psychology, graduating in 2019. This academic background enhances her holistic approach to pediatric care, with a strong emphasis on prevention, developmental milestones, mental and emotional well-being, and family education.
Since beginning her nursing career in 2021, Ryan has gained valuable experience caring for children in primary care settings. She is known for her warm, approachable manner and her ability to build strong, trusting relationships with both patients and parents. Ryan is passionate about partnering with families to promote lifelong health through compassionate care, open communication, and personalized treatment plans tailored to each child’s unique needs.
Originally from the mountain town of Boone, North Carolina, Ryan is happy to be back in the Carolinas after living in Tampa, Florida for over five years. She completed her graduate education and has been practicing as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner in primary care for three and a half years, caring for children from birth through age 21.
In her free time, Ryan enjoys traveling, spending time with family, cheering on the Buffalo Bills, and training her new puppy, Finn.
