We truly couldn’t ask for a better pediatrician. From the very first visit, Ashlene has been incredibly thoughtful, attentive, and compassionate. She takes the time to really listen—not just to our concerns as parents, but also to our child—making every appointment feel personal and unrushed. Her knowledge and professionalism are outstanding, and she has a way of explaining things clearly that immediately puts us at ease. You can tell she genuinely cares about her patients and goes above and beyond to ensure they feel comfortable, safe, and well cared for. What stands out the most is Ashlene’s kindness and dedication. She treats every child like they matter deeply, and that level of care is something you don’t come across every day. We feel so lucky to have found her and trust her completely with our child’s health and well-being. Ashlene Karasch is one of the best pediatricians in the Charlotte area! I 100% recommend her. She is the perfect combination of knowledgeable and down to earth. Ashlene has been excellent with my children for the last 5 years. She always takes her time with us and creates a safe environment where kids feel they can open up.

Ashlene quickly became my daughter's favorite practitioner years ago at her old practice. We searched for her when she left and I'm so glad we were able to find her now at her new practice. Ashlene takes her time and really listens. It feels like she truly cares for the whole child - physically, emotionally, and mentally. I feel so thankful to have someone like her looking out for my daughter's well-being - what a weight off as a mom.

Ashlene listens to me as a mom. I’ve never felt dismissed and she is always an advocate for my girls. We consider Ashlene as a part of our care network because we trust her. Our girls find so much love and warmth with her bedside manner and most of all they LOVE going to the doctor. There is a positive correlation of the doctor, medicine, etc. I couldn’t recommend more.

Ashlene is truly the best pediatrician we could have ever asked for. She is knowledgeable, thorough, and always takes the time to listen. She balances professionalism with genuine warmth and compassion. My children feel comfy with her and I always leave appointments feeling heard and confident with my child’s care. She will go above and beyond to take care of her patients and their families and truly loves what she does. She’s a blessing to our family!
